Users select the service they need and view profiles of service providers in their area, with real-time availability and transparent pricing.
The app provides live tracking of service providers on the way, and users can manage bookings and reschedule if needed.
After the service is completed, users can rate the provider and leave feedback to improve future experiences.
We conducted primary research by interviewing potential users, analyzing competitors in the home services industry, and studying pain points to ensure the app’s relevance and usability. Insights from the research led to essential features such as service provider ratings, real-time tracking, and user-friendly appointment scheduling.
